Together Global Business Services Pvt Ltd (known as 'Together Global India', and referred to as "Together Global", "we", "us" or "our") is a company registered in India. We provide cross-border delivery consulting and the Teams in Flow programmes to Indian and global organisations.

Together Global provides the following services under the Teams in Flow methodology:
The specific scope, deliverables, timeline and fees for any engagement will be set out in a separate written proposal or Statement of Work agreed between the parties prior to commencement.
An engagement of our services is formed when both parties have signed or otherwise confirmed in writing an agreed Statement of Work or proposal. Submission of an enquiry through this website does not constitute a binding engagement of services.
We reserve the right to decline any enquiry or proposed engagement at our sole discretion.
All fees will be specified in the applicable Statement of Work or proposal. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
All intellectual property rights in the Teams in Flow methodology, frameworks, tools, content and materials developed by Together Global (including the Friction Audit methodology, workshop materials and diagnostic tools) remain the exclusive property of Together Global and its licensors.
Upon full payment of all fees, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the deliverables produced specifically for your organisation under the applicable Statement of Work, for your internal business purposes only.
All content on this website, including text, design elements and structure, is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
Each party agrees to keep confidential all non-public information disclosed by the other party in connection with an engagement, and not to disclose such information to any third party without the other party's prior written consent, except:
Confidentiality obligations survive the termination or expiry of an engagement for a period of three years.
Each party agrees to comply with its obligations under applicable data protection law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, in connection with any personal data processed in the course of an engagement. Where Together Global processes personal data on behalf of a client organisation, the parties will enter into a data processing agreement on terms compliant with applicable law.

Together Global warrants that it will deliver its services with reasonable skill, care and diligence. We do not warrant that the outcomes of any engagement will meet any specific performance targets, as results depend on factors outside our control including the engagement and cooperation of your organisation and team members.

Either party may terminate an engagement:

These Terms and any engagement of our services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or any engagement, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good faith negotiation. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days of written notice, either party may refer the matter to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat of arbitration in Bengaluru and proceedings conducted in English.
Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other interim relief from a competent court.
