Together Global Business Services Pvt Ltd ("Together Global India", "we", "us", "our") is a company incorporated in India (CIN: U78100TS2025PTC193446), with its registered office at 55/A Jubilee Enclave, Madhapur, Hyderabad, Telangana 500081, India. We provide cross-border team performance and cultural consulting services.

What data we collect and why

Contact form enquiries

When you submit an enquiry through our website, we collect your name, email address, organisation name, area of service interest, and the message you send us. We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry and to determine whether our services are a good fit for your situation.

Website analytics

We may collect anonymised data about how visitors use our website (pages viewed, time on site, referral source) to help us improve our content and user experience. Where we use analytics tools, we configure them to anonymise IP addresses and we do not use this data to identify you personally.

Email correspondence

If you contact us by email, we retain that correspondence as part of our normal business records. We do not add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent.

Basis for processing under the DPDP Act

We process your personal data on the following bases recognised under the DPDP Act:

• Consent - by submitting an enquiry through our website or emailing us, you consent to us processing your personal data for the purpose of responding to your enquiry and assessing whether our services are a fit for you. You may withdraw this consent at any time by emailing contact@togetherglobal.in; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
• Legitimate uses - where you have voluntarily provided your personal data to us for a specified purpose (for example, requesting a proposal) and have not indicated that you do not consent to its use, or where processing is necessary to comply with a judgment, decree or order of an Indian court or tribunal.

How we share your data

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data. We may share it with:

• Our hosting provider (Netlify) - form submissions are processed by Netlify's infrastructure. Netlify's privacy practices are described at netlify.com/privacy.
• Service providers - where we use third-party tools (for example, email or calendar software) to respond to you, those providers may process your data on our behalf under appropriate data processing agreements.
• Legal requirements - if we are required to disclose information by law, court order, or to protect our rights.

Some of our service providers may process data on servers located outside India. We only transfer personal data to countries permitted under the DPDP Act, and we take reasonable steps to ensure any such transfer is subject to appropriate contractual safeguards.

How long we keep your data

We retain enquiry correspondence for up to three years from the date of your last contact with us, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or we are required to retain it for legal purposes. We review our records periodically and delete data we no longer need for the purpose it was collected.

Your rights as a Data Principal

Under the DPDP Act, you have the right to:

• Access - obtain a summary of the personal data we hold about you and the processing activities we carry out.
• Correction and erasure - ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data, or to erase data that is no longer necessary for the purpose it was collected.
• Grievance redressal - have any grievance regarding our processing of your personal data addressed by us, as set out below.
• Nominate - nominate another individual to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of your death or incapacity.
• Withdraw consent - withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
