With 30+ years' experience delivering Corporate Training for IT companies including GE Capital and Wipro Technologies, Mohan is an expert in the unique challenges that exist in outsourcing relationships between Western and Indian organisations. Mohan has worked with clients including Lloyds TSB, Deutsche Bank, and Ericsson.

Lisa has experience in multiple industries driving start-ups from initial concept to sale. The Teams in Flow programme resulted from her experience applying an entrepreneurial approach in a global corporate environment.
